Our concept of robotic workplaces is made from a modular system, so that it is possible to adjust them directly to the customer's requirements. At the same time, the robotic workplace is versatile enough so that it is not just a single-purpose application, but it could be used for a large number of parts.
Our machines allow the customer to work with the robot almost like with a classic CNC machine tool. Robotic machining is less precise, rigid and powerful than conventional CNC machines, on the other hand it is suitable for large workpieces where we do not have requirements for high dimensional accuracy, so it is not suitable for classic fine mechanics, on the contrary for shaped beds, shells, molds for resins, etc. ideal choice.
The great ability of robots is the ability to read the force of the tool and adjust the trajectory or speed. Thus, until now, exclusively human work can be replaced by a faster, safer and more stable process such as robotic grinding.
